Crossroads Christian Fellowship (CCF) is located at 2107 E. Villa Street in Pasadena, CA.

CCF is affiliated with the following organizations:

  • California Southern Baptist Convention
  • San Fernando Southern Baptist Association
  • Filipino Southern Baptist Ministries
CCF officially came into existence in February 2002. The church was started by a group of people who felt led to begin a new ministry that focused in part on missions especially to the Phillipines. CCF supports international and domestic missionaries either directly or through cooperative programs with their affiliates. CCF has been instrumental in church plants in the Phillipines and in Southern California.

Core Values
C - Community of Believers
Fellowship among God’s people is vital to building biblical community and presenting an attractive witness to the world (Acts 2:42-47; Hebrews 10:23-25). The establishment of close relationships and meaningful involvement helps people to feel an important part of their church.

We value the fellowship and sense of community created by our common bond of faith in Christ. We believe that the biblical community is strengthened through spending time together socially, in ministry, in discipleship, and in times of need.

An authentic biblical community is where relationship building, spiritual growth stimulation, and leadership development occur.
R - Relationships
A keyword in our church is “family.” We make it our goal to welcome all who choose to come and encourage them to find a meaningful place of belonging through intentional community-building ministries that promotes a strong sense of belonging to a loving church family and a strong sense of family life. It grows best through relationships with other believers especially in a small group setting. We treasure each member of our own family and the family of God.  We desire to strengthen the families of our community.
O - Outreach
We believe that lost people matter to God, and therefore ought to matter to the local church.  This implies that we are to be intentional in reaching out to the lost and in building relationships with others in the evangelism process. We value world missions and community outreach by spreading the gospel of Christ around the globe and in our communities. We are devoted to God’ s Mission. We are a church committed to cooperative missions. This includes not only generous financial support to our missionaries, but also personal involvement in missions and outreaches locally and internationally.
S - Scripture
We value bible teaching and preaching that is uncompromising, relevant, and life-changing. We have an inerrant, authoritative guide for faith and practice in the Bible, the Word of God (2 Timothy 3: 16-17). We highly value expository preaching and teaching, bible study groups and personal Bible study. We believe the ministry of the Word is the catalyst for spiritual transformation and growth. We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of the Living God and is the authority for all that we do and believe. We will endeavor to faithfully preach and teach the Word of God, believing that it is the primary source for leading people to understand who God is and how one can know Him eternally.

We will use the Bible to constantly affirm God’s direction for our lives and for our church. The Bible is the sole authority that shapes our convictions and practices both individually and as a community of believers.
S - Stewardship
We believe in using the resources that God has given us to further the work of the church. This includes time, finances, natural talents, and spiritual gifts. We take Jesus seriously when we give ourselves to the wise investment of our resources for Kingdom growth.

We believe that Biblical Stewardship is affirming God’s ownership over all that we have, acknowledging our accountability to God, and accepting the management responsibility for the gifts and resources God entrusts to us.
R - Reliance on Prayer
Prayer is essential - we believe prayer is the most important ministry of the church from which all other ministry is energized.

Philippians 4:6-7 says,"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (2 Chronicles 7:14; Isaiah 56:7; Colossians  4:2; 1 Thessalonians 5:17).

We value the power of prayer and believe it is essential for ministry, direction, and spiritual growth.
O - Opportunities for Cooperation
We value working together in the spirit of cooperation in the service of our Savior. We value teamwork and cooperation to accomplish our mission, vision and goals.  Therefore, we consider each church member important and a minister for Christ. The church is the body of Christ (Christ himself being the head) made up of those who have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Therefore, every member of the church is important and is a minister called by Christ to minister effectively through the church in the area of his or her spiritual giftedness (1 Corinthians 12:12- 26).
A - Authentic Worship
We believe that it is important for all believers to grow in an awareness of God and worship Him meaningfully, relevance, and creative. Worship must be centered and focused on God alone who is worthy of worship and praise. “God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:24).

Worship is "the reasonable service" (Romans 12:1), which we creatures rightly render to our Creator.  Worship, therefore, is viewed as a serious and reverent approach to God, who is majestic, glorious, and holy.  Worship, although free from all superficiality, frivolity, and irreverence, is also joyful as we rejoice in the God of our salvation.
D - Discipleship
We value the Christian becoming and reproducing spiritually mature followers of Jesus Christ. We value small group discipleship. Jesus organized His followers into small groups to nurture their sense of belonging to God's family and to divide up ministry tasks. When faithfully applied, this small group strategy will provide growth, individual care and spiritually energized service in a believer's life.

Jesus trained His disciples for Christian living and ministry. We aim to follow His example of giving away the joy of ministry to volunteers. Our pastoral staff's primary role is to train leaders to serve God in a manner that is consistent with their spiritual and emotional maturity, natural talents, and individual personalities and spiritual gifts.

We believe Christ wanted the church to be a movement of multiplying disciples. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, "Go make disciples of all nations . . ." If the church is doing what Christ has commissioned, it will be a movement of multiplying disciples. At CCF, our purpose is to "Be and Build" disciples of Christ. As we help people move from babies in the faith to mature adults, the end product is exactly what Christ calls for - a reproducing disciple! Disciple-making is the focus of our church.
